With his undergraduate degree in Psychology/Speech, and an MBA, Dave has a great combination of understanding what motivates people in today’s work environment.
Dave’s business experience includes manufacturing, international expansion and homebuilding. We recognize him as strong in strategic planning, communications and relationship management.
Bruce Q. Msimanga is the President of DLA. He specializes in programs for senior managers and executives helping leaders lead and organizations achieve outstanding results (high performance). He brings almost a decade of experience to his consulting, providing a rich source of firsthand knowledge from which to draw from. A charismatic leader, always full of life and enthusiasm – his energy is contagious.
He has an Advanced level Certificate in Business Management, Economics and Economic Geography and a graduate of several workshops on organizational development and personal development, Bruce is currently in pursuit of an MBA in Leadership.
Bruce’s business experience includes petroleum, investments, and organizational consulting. We recognize him as strong in strategic planning, leadership and employee engagement.
Roger is a management and organizational design consultant based in Littleton, Colorado with a dual background in psychology and organizational behavior.
Since graduating with a doctorate from the University of Minnesota, he has provided consulting, training, and team-building to help organizations improve their results and create work cultures of productive and committed employees.
